He breaks down the body by systems, understands how they interact, and builds plans that address the full picture—training, recovery, metabolism, behavior, and mindset. Every component serves a purpose. Nothing is random.
He’s not interested in surface-level change. He’s committed to mastery—of process, variables, and self. His coaching goes beyond sets and macros. It’s about building a mind that thrives under pressure and a body that adapts to it.He leads with calm intensity and high standards. He expects consistency, demands precision, and challenges clients to become the version of themselves they’ve been avoiding.He’s currently on track to become a PA-C, with a long-term focus in cardiothoracic surgery. His pursuit of excellence in both performance and medicine reflects his deeper mission: to lead others through pressure into growth—physically, mentally, and beyond.

Cole has a refined understanding of biomechanics, motor control, and strength training, he designs systems that train far beyond the surface—that meet you at your level.To him, strength isn’t just physical. It’s the ability to meet resistance without retreat. To face discomfort with control. And to show up with discipline, even when motivation fades. His approach is structured, measured, and built to forge long-term resilience.What Cole builds isn’t just physical progress—it’s self-mastery. He believes real growth begins when excuses lose their power. When movement becomes a mirror for how you live. In his eyes, training is more than effort—it’s a daily decision to become someone you can rely on.He’s currently on track to become a PA-C, with a long-term focus in orthopedic surgery. His vision is to master both movement and medicine—to help others rebuild themselves from the inside out.
